Residence Eligibility Requirements
Residence shall be established and supported by documents from AT LEAST THREE
of the following:
Driver's License
Voter's Registration
School records
Welfare/child care records
Federal records
State records
Local (municipal) records
Support Payment records
Homeowner or Tenant records
Utility bills*
Financial records (loan, credit card, etc.)
Insurance documents
Medical records
Military records
Internet, cable or satellite records
Vehicle records
*Three utility bills (i.e., gas, electric, phone) constitute only ONE proof of residency.
